Description
Here’s the first recording from MEURTRIÈRES, a Heavy Metal band singing in French and formed in 2018. Inspired by the great classics from the 80’s, influences come from IRON MAIDEN, MERCYFUL FATE, JUDAS PRIEST, and the releases by French label DEVIL’S Records. The band has got this rage and enthusiasm that we almost no longer meet nowadays, and they offer lyrics with a medieval context, sometimes marked by feminism. Based in Lyon, the 5 MEURTRIÈRES members all come from the Punk underground, which brings a particular flavour to their songs, both epic and agressive, and offer us an excellent surprise with this EP. With members from GASMASK TERROR, CHAMBRE FROIDE, MON DRAGON, PÈRE LACHAISE… 5 tracks for about 30 minutes. Limited to 300 copies. ADLM-CD-44.
